Company terms of service

1. About the service

Asulen lets an organisation post vacancies, receive applications, view CVs and arrange interviews.

We do not guarantee the number or the quality of candidates.

2. The account and authority to act

The person who creates the account must be authorised to act for the organisation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the organisation's name, registration number and contact details.

We may require verification. A vacancy from an unverified organisation may be reviewed before it is published.

3. Vacancies

A vacancy must describe a real, open position. Fictitious vacancies, and vacancies whose actual purpose is to sell a course or a product, are not allowed.

Demanding any payment, fee or deposit from a candidate is strictly prohibited.

Requirements that discriminate on grounds of sex, age, religion, ethnicity or family status are not allowed.

We may review a vacancy before it is published and refuse one that breaches these terms.

4. Plans and payment

Each plan caps the number of vacancies you may post and the number of CVs you may view. The caps are stated on the plans page.

Payment is in Mongolian tögrög. A plan runs for the stated period from the day it is activated.

A plan does not renew itself when it expires. Until it is renewed, the caps return to the base level.

An activated plan is not refundable. Where the service was not delivered for technical reasons, an extension or a refund is settled case by case.

Prices may change. A change does not affect the remaining period of a plan that is already running.

5. Candidate data

A candidate's CV and profile may be used only to assess them for the vacancy they applied to.

You may not pass that information to a third party, sell it, or use it for marketing.

Within your organisation, only staff taking part in that selection may have access to it.

If a candidate asks for their data to be deleted, the organisation must delete it from its own records.

We record every CV view, and each one counts against your plan's cap.

6. Messages

Chat is open only with candidates who have confirmed a connection with you.

Advertising and spam unrelated to a vacancy are not allowed.

7. Breaches and consequences

Fictitious vacancies, demanding payment, discrimination and misuse of candidate data are grounds for removing a vacancy, cancelling a plan or closing the account.

Where an account is closed for a serious breach, the remaining period of the plan is not refunded.

8. Changes to these terms

If the terms change, the new version is shown the next time you sign in and your consent is asked again.

If you do not accept them, you will not be able to post new vacancies or view CVs.

9. Limits of our liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information a candidate provides. Verifying it is the employer's responsibility.

The hiring decision and the terms of any employment contract are entirely the organisation's responsibility.
